概 述:

CY-L1600G 系列車床主軸通孔直徑為52mm，采用凸輪鎖緊式D-6號主軸，床腳采用樹脂沙鑄造，兩腳與油盤連為一體。　床前道軌、床頭箱齒輪徑淬硬、精磨能勝任一般車削和精密加工，車削各種常用公制、英制、模數和鎖孔、鉸孔、拉削油槽，精度高、剛性好、運轉平穏、噪音極低。　進給系統中有過載自動停止機構，腳踏刹車機構，主軸點動機構，操作簡便，安全可靠。

本車床可根據用户不同的需求，提供公制或英制進給傳動系統的普通或馬鞍車床。　可訂購不同電壓 (220V、380V、420V、440V等)，不同頻率 (50HZ、60HZ) 及功率為 (3.75KW / 5.5KW) 主電機驅動的車床。

 

INTRODUCTION:

CY-L1600G Series High Speed Gap Bed Lathe is a 52mm spindle bore and cam-lock construction of tipo No. D-6 spindle nose, The machine guideway and gears in the headstock are all induction hardened and precision ground, It can perform all basic turning operations (including cutting metric and inch threads, as well as drilling reaming and oil groove). Precise accuracy, high rigidity, smooth operation and low noise can be guaranteed. This Lathe is provided with automatic over-load stop mechanism in the feeding system, foot brake and spindle poit-to-point stop device for easy operation and reliable safety.

This Gap Bed Lathe is available either with metric or inch feed system to meet the different demand of customers. Also such lathes of diflenent voltages (ranging from 220V, 380V, 420V, 440V) various frequencies (ranging from 50HZ, 60HZ) and main motor power (ranging from 3.75KW / 5.5KW) are also available.
