概 述:
CS6150B、CS6250B、CS6150C、CS6250C
系列大孔徑高速精密車床具有造型美觀、操作簡單、高精度、高轉速、調速範圍寛等特性，可直接加工公、英制螺紋、外圓、端面、錐度等。本機主軸頭採用凸輪鎖緊機構，夾緊迅速可靠。馬鞍型及大孔徑適合於加工異形、大直徑管類、大棒料零件。
可根據客戶要求提供不同電壓及頻率 (220V, 380V,420V
/ 50HZ,60HZ)，左、右手輪，公、英制，及各種特殊件。

主軸箱： 主軸採用三點支承結構，前、中、後軸承採用雙列滾珠角止推軸承、雙列向心短圓柱滾子軸承、單列向心球軸承。主軸經過動平衡試驗，高速運轉平穩，抗震性好，床頭箱底部有調節裝置，可精確的調整主軸軸線對溜板箱移動的平行度。

進給箱及操作： 進給箱採用三軸滑移機構，具有大範圍的進給量和螺紋，換檔迅速輕快，按照銘牌變換手柄，就能選擇所需的螺紋和進給量。按鈕板分別設有總電源開關、電源指示、急停按妞、啟動按鈕及冷卻泵開關。

溜板箱： 溜板箱內設有一組錐形離合器，可防止自動進給過載。具有快速移動裝置和形象化操作手柄。同時也設有主電機啟動及停止按鈕，便於兩地操作。特殊訂貨可裝縱向六位自動進給定程裝置、床鞍手輪快速脫開裝置、中心潤滑及牙表等。

床身及尾座： 床身用高級鑄鐵制成，導軌面採用中頻淬火，經過精密磨削，保證加工精度。設有擋屑板和接屑盤，安全而且排屑方便。尾座具有雙重夾緊機構，能完成强力切削。（特殊訂貨）尾座套筒具有兩種移動速度，或刻度裝置，鑽孔方便省力。

Series BIG-BORE. AND HIGH SPEED
PRECISION LATHE is characterized by pleasing appearance, convenient
operation, high precision, high speed and wide speed range. It is competent to
perform all basic turning operation, including facing, turning taper turning
and thread cutting in metric and whitworth.
Camlock spindle nose is easy to clamp. Gap-bed model
and big-bore model are suitable to machine bar, parts of special shape and tupe with big diameter.
According to
customer’s requirement, different voltages and cycles (220V, 380V, 420V / 50HZ,
60HZ), left or right apron handwheel, metric or whitworth and every kind of
optional accessories are available.

HEADSTOCK: Three support spindle structure is adopted, double-row
angular contact ball bearing and radial roller bearing, single-row ball bearing
are used for front, middle and back support. Balance device is fixed in spindle
which makes running smooth and free of vibration when turning. Adjustment
device on back of the headstock is for adjusting the parallelism of spindle
axis to apron moving.

FEEDGEAR BOX AND OPERATION: Three-axle sliding mechanism is
designed in feed box, with wide range of feeds and threads, it is easy to
operate the handle and to select the required feederates
and thread pitches according to the data plate. The main switch, power
indicator, emergency-stop button, start and coolant pump switch are provided on
the push button board.

APRON: A group of taper clutch is furnished in apron, which is for
overload of automatic feed. Device for quick moving and figuratively operation
handles are used. The main motor start and stop button are provided for
convenient operating. According to customer’s special order, longitudinal
automatic feed stop device, quick-disengaging device for carriage handwheel, centralized lubrication and thread chasing dial
are available.

BED AND TAILSTOCK: The bed of machine is make
with high quality gray iron. Guide-ways are middlesonic
hardened and precision ground to maintain the accuracy for machining. Back
splash guard and chip-receiving tray are safe and convenient for chip removal.
With double clamp device on the tailstock, heavy-duty cutting can be finished.
According to the special requirement, tailstock sleeve can be designed to
travel at two speeds or with two scale systems for drilling easily.
